My camera flah is really bright, so when i was taking pictures of my bearded dragon i turned the flash off but i turned the flash on instead,and now i'm really scared. What if i made him blind!!

This is a great question as it shows you care about creatures great and small.

A quick google search on the topic doesn't show anything definitive on the subject.

I'd go on the assumption that bearded dragons' eyes are much like human eyes.

The flash probably caused him some discomfort, which quickly went away.

Take him to the optometrist and have him checked! Seriously though, I doubt any camera has a flash bright enough to permanently blind anything. If you know a vet, try asking them.

click the link and ask there, no doubt a Vet will answer you, as photographers sensitivity is important yes, but advising you about a Dragon is odd behaviour for fotogs I would think?

hope fully he is ok .probably just lost his vision for a very short time the same as you would have if some one shone a light in your eyes.
should be just fine try not to worry

Call your veterinarian and ask him/her. Lets hope the critter only suffered discomfort and no permanent damage.
