No, the Mexican militia isn't allied with the U.S. anymore. They formally withdrew from the Inter-American treaty of Recipricol counsel. After 2001, and awaiting the US to introduce the Act to help combat the Taliban, Mexico withdrew so as that they does no longer ought to help the U.S. in any way. So no, if it got here right down to it, Mexico does no longer have our lower back.
