Yes it can help u earn trust, but u should always b urself, if a girl/woman's going 2 show interest in u they will anyway...

Being a gentleman is a nice quality as it shows that ur respectful but this should never b used 2 get women interested in u.

Women wud rather a honest and caring guy...

Yeah, if you truly mean it. If you truly are a gentleman, then it does help you gain a girls' trust. On the other hand, if you are being a gentleman for the wrong reasons, the girls will see right through you.
