No.

Other states will recognize an out of state license if it is valid only. If it is not valid in your home state, it isn't valid anywhere.

Most states are interconnected when it comes to driving records. If you are suspended in your original home state, you will probably not be able to get a new license in your new home state until the suspension is resolved.

In addition, as noted in the other answers, your right to drive in other states (outside of your home state) is conditioned upon not being suspended in those states and having a valid license in your home state. Depending on the law of the state that you are visiting, you may be charged either with driving without a valid license or driving while suspended.

Finally, most states do have laws requiring you to get a license in their state within a certain time frame of moving to and establishing residency in that state (somewhere between 30 and 90 days is typical).

Generally no. There is a thing between the states called the Drivers License Compact. This compact basically allows your home state to suspend you license if you have a DUI in another state. You could try to apply for a license from NJ, but you will likely not get one. If you are pulled over, you will likely get another suspension for driving on a suspended license.

You cannot. This is really a silly question and you know it. If your DL is revoked, then you have none. Driving out of state is just like driving in your own state without a license. If you are stopped, you will be arrested.

No. You will be charged with driving on revoked or driving without a license in the other state and will have your vehicle impounded and you may go to jail.

I'm unsure why I received a thumbs down for my answer but oh well what answer would you like to hear? Yes, it's perfectly ok to drive in another state with a revoked license. Is that better?

No way. Driving on a suspended license might get you jail time but driving on a revoked license will get you PLENTY of jail time. I guarantee it. If you get caught with a revoked license out of state, you will be going away a long long time.
