i have to take a drug test for pre employment i am on cipro at the moment would that have any intefearance with the results

No. Cipro is an antibiotic as you know. Urine testing for drugs would not be affected because, when checking for drugs, the tests are specific for drugs only. I hope that this helped.

It likely could. You must list it on the list of perscription drugs you are taking. If you don't then it could cause you problems. If its not your perscription then at least you are honest about it. Far better to be taking a RX that is not yours than to lie about it and then it show up as cocaine. The testers have a list of certian perscription drugs that can falsely show up as something illegal. If you list it your safe. I am not sure which drugs those are but there are a couple that can.

no. most employers only do a five panel drug test, and its not going to be looking for an antibiotic........they test for thc, opiates, etc. you're fine. trust me.

it probably would but you could get notation from your doctors stating that you are on Cipro.

If you have a prescription for it no. Just tell whoever what perscription meds your on.
