is being told no an embarrassement???
I think its more like are you man enough to handle the answer.
regardless you will never know until you ask... and even if it is no...the rest of your life you will know that you took those steps to find out...and you may have to do it a thousand times before you find the right one that you end up living happily ever after with.... so get on with it and go find the answer...
and if its not the answer you want...heck go ask someone else the same thing while you warmed up at doing that!!!!
its like the referee in the fighting matches on TV... "Let's get it on!!!!!!!"
its go time!

Go for it.
Don't consider a "no" an embarassment. Asking her out gives you experience in that part of the dating process. If you decide that the chance of getting a "no" is embarassing, you'll never ask someone out.
Getting a "no" is something you can learn from. It's part of the frog-kissing part of dating. Collect "no" answers so some can be "Yes!"

GO FOR IT!!!!
You never know what she'll say. This might be a girl who really likes you too but is to shy to tell you. If she says no, don't be upset. There are plenty of fish in the sea

You're going to get your heart broken many times in your life. You shouldn't not do something just because of the fear that something bad might happen; it's reality, so you shouldn't be scared. Just go for it, if she says no, so what, you'll get over it. If she says yes, then I guess you just found heaven on earth. You never know! =]

go for it !! unless its OBVIOUS hints she doesnt (which can often times be confusing too if the girl is teasing you or playing hard to get), but the worst she can do is say no and hurt your ego. just do it smoothly and not like you are desperate or obsessed with her

Embarassment never killed anyone. Just act confident and if she says no, don't hang your head, have a snappy remark ready and move on.

You need to tell her how you feel. Its good to be honest with her and yourself. But dont seem desperate, or else she will think your weird.
