This has no longer something do with any court docket domicile and each thing to do with what state you reside in. some states do no longer actually have a handicap searching license. In maximum states, being handicap ability you have somebody else proxy hunt for you. Please go on your community state fish and game information superhighway website after which come again alongside with your state in case you have any further questions.
