I work at Costco and they take out 6 things on my paycheck FICA, FICA 2,STATE, FEDERAL, 401(K) and the last one which I have no idea what it is, it's only says HRLY D it's only like 10 bucks a check but still what is this HRLY D

It's quite likely some sort of union dues, or some sort of fee for uniforms, a payroll advance you were given, some sort of voluntary fund, or something to that effect. Contact your payroll department, or even ask your store manager for assistance right away.

Ask the paymaster of Costco what FICA2 and hourly D mean. Any time there are deductions which you do not understand, contact Payroll. Don't ask us dummies.

wow heres my guesses: a loan you took out, reserve fund in case you ever need leave, health insurance, a fee or charge for working there. contact human resources to find out immediately/

IT MAY BE UNION DUES OR SOMETHING TO THAT AFFECT.
