I'm fairly certain that a doctor can specialize in chronic pain, but what would they be called? Thanks!

Pain management specialists, often times they are anesthesiologists specialized in the area of pain management.

they are called chronic pain Dr's or pain management Dr's

Painalcholics? I was prescribed fentanyl by my ordinary physician, along with lyrica and valium. Mind you I have Rheumatoid Arthritis with a prolapsed disc and peripheral neuropathy.
