Why is love so complicated? My ex and I decided to get back together (we wen't out in high school). I'm a junior in a college in a different state, and he's back home. I love him, and he says he loves me. But this long distance thing is so hard. I'll be home in 2 weeks, and the thought of him being with someone else makes me sick. But, I have to admit there are times when I just want to give up. How do I know if its worth it? And is it even possible for a man to be faithful in a long distance relationship, no matter how in love he is?

I've been in a long distance relationship for 4 years now, and i know how hard it can be. My bf lives in Germany and i live in US so we dont see eachother very often. It takes a lot of communication, trust and honesty so if you BOTH can do that then you are off to a good start. The distance is not the only thing that it going to make him cheat, remember than cheating happens to people who see eachother everyday so its not just distance. My bf has NEVER cheated on me in the 4 years that we have dated and i neither have i so yes it is possible for a guy to stay faithful..it just depends on the guy. We look at the distance as a challenge and we know that it won't be forever so that keeps us going. Its worth it if you think it is and if you think that your bf thinks it is. If you dont have one get webcams so you two can see eachother online that helps. Sometimes problems start to happen when the couple gets stuck in a rut and start to repeat there conversations so just make sure that you two are keeping it creative. Email me if you have more questions or if you want more ideas. Good luck and hope things work out. Just has some faith, if you feel you can't then talk to him and let him know how you are feeling. :)

It is just as possible for a man to be faithful as it is for a woman.
You don't sound as if you really want to continue with a long distance relationship however, either that or you don't trust him for some reason. You have to decide what you want out of life. If you are having second thoughts, you could suggest that you see each other when you are at home, but that both of you see others. Either you will find that no one else can replace him, or you will find that someone can. Either way, it is a good test of what you want.

Your venture is a prepare wreck. First, swap church homes so which you will no longer see her and circulate directly to somebody else. earlier you bypass dragging somebody else into this nonsense, take time to be on your very own a mutually as. What you're doing is cruel to the lady you're at present in contact with, nevertheless I doubt you already know that from what you have pronounced. Your "love" has taken in yet another guy who has no skill of help and appears like a complete loser. If it somewhat is the variety of guy she unearths perfect, then she isn't.

I like to think so, Long distance relationships are hard, they take alot of work, and they sux big time! The only way to find out is to tell him to be complemely honest with you about what he does and you will do the same, out of respect. Talk it out when you see him and decide if you could trust him. If theres no trust or communication it wont work.
