the anthor day i wad stressed and not well i stared to a have a panck atack when i was on the trian and at the tran sation it just come out of the blue and went for 20 mins or more but the thing no one help3ed me or to see if i was alright and also yi still have a chest even throught it happened 3 days ago what should i do

If you are still having problems with your chest... go to a doctor. I am sorry that no one helped you. It is a sad reality that we live in. The reason I say you should go to a doctor is that is a long time to have a panic attack still having effects 3 days later leads me to believe it may not have been just a panic attack. Go to a doctor and get checked out. It can't hurt and it will put your mind at ease some.

in our fast paced society, anxiety and stress are constant conditions, you are not alone in dealing with them but as these other writers have acknowledged you should get a thorough medical evaluation. a doctor can help if you let him know what your experiencing, there are a variety of resources available to deal with anxiety stress and panic attacks,(1.) medication (2.) exercise (3.) counseling (4.) changing diet (5.) breathing techniques (6.) behavior modification (7.) bio feed back (8.) tai chi ( 9.) and some forms of yoga. find something that works best for you. but first see you physician the sooner the better so you can start enjoying you life. good luck .

Hi freaky24. I'm sorry you had to go through that, and that no-one came to help you. That's very sad. What you should do is go to a doctor. He can diagnose your chest problem, and help you find ways to deal with your anxiety and depression as well. Don't keep trying to deal with this alone. You need help, and the sooner you get it, the better.

Try to breath in a circle. Breath in through the nose, out through the mouth. Count your breath. This should help you to relax. Also, find ways to cut out stressful situations out of your life. Switch jobs, get rid of expensive payments, and join a fitness center. I wish you the best.
