NO,, Each breeding is individual from the next,, they do not store DNA,, if her next litter is with another dog then thoes pups would be a 1/2 her and 1/2 his DNA,, not the prevous dog..
It is true however that a female CAN be bred by more than one male in a heat cycle and welp a litter of pups with one or more diffrent sires in one particular litter,, this is not becuase they store any semen(dna) from previous males,, but are fertle and will accept breeding from more than one male

The puppies will have his DNA, but the momma dog will NOT keep the male's DNA within her body after that pregnancy. Future litters with a purebred, would not run the risk of having Min Pin in them.

Theoretically, one could but the chances are quite low. Even so, you would have no way of knowing and the dog could not be honestly registered as pure bred.
EDIT: I too was confused by the question. The others answered this: it is an old wives tale and nothing more.

Of course she would not. Why would the female have the males DNA? Her offspring will and any offspring by those pups.

You will end up with mutts that are part pit bull and part min pin.
EDIT* I understand your question better now, and no she will not always keep his DNA. Just that litter will have his DNA .

If you're talking about puppies from such a breeding, they will inherit half their DNA from the sire, and half from the dam. Gender doesn't affect that.
