He might; they tend to remember their breeder even to old age (as well as their mother) but by scent. I've had a dog that I raised from birth forget me by sight in as little as two weeks when I boarded him. He growled/bristled when I tried to enter his run at the boarding house but started bouncing around and acting silly as soon as he could smell me. I've also had dogs that I fostered as pups that I ran into years later that (at least according to his owner) had just tolerated "strangers" in all prior meetings so I assume he remembered me since he got very animated an nearly licked me to death.

If you raised him - most likely he will remember you...
I have met dogs after training them for only about 3-4 weeks; 4-5 years later they still recognize and take to me right away.

Probably, but he will not react like you are his owner.

My dog still remembers the people that fostered him before I got him.

He sees them once every year or two. They only had him for a few months.

It's possible, but unlikely, since majority of his life has been with his new owners, and not you.
