When he sees me, we'll make eye contact for a second, then he'll look away and start stretching his neck and twisting it around like he has some crick in it or something. We exchange a lot of eye contact, and he has made this weird move more than a few times in my presence. But why the heck does he do this so much when I'm around? I am pretty sure he is attracted to me, I don't know him very well, but he did ask someone about my relationship status.
Do the weird movements have any meaning? No one else has noticed it, am I just reading into things too much?

Weird neck movements don't have and meaning...other then he has a weird neck.

He is attracted to you and has to see you it just makes him feel good. And you probably have a nice body or face or a good smile or maybe even all of them. Or maybe he likes you cuz you have a nice personalty Anyways just a simple "hey" everytime you see him and then try to open a discussion . Then gradually move on to some more serious relation stuff .. If you feel the same way back . If you dont never lie and pretend. Best of Lucks
