If I were one of the guys (I'm saying this as a woman..though I'm sure most men will agree here) I'd say to myself "wow..what a *****" and purge my brain of any thoughts of offering to buy this woman a drink/dinner..etc. I don't need rude people in my life

They for the first 3 seconds wonder why you wernt like "thank you", than they will let it slip off of their minds and go on..

u know what id say id say that bee atch to myself, but often when i hold the door for a lady and they dont say thank you i loudly say OH YOUR WELCOM! and if they give me any guff i say U BEE ATCH
