Ok so i've been fooling around with this girl for about a month now. We talk to each other almost everyday, if not everyday then at least every other day. It started out with her coming up to my apartment and getting MY number, and we went from there. Well we spent a couple nights together where we only cuddled and then went home, but on the 4th night together we went to her place where i went and pleased her orally and a handjob. I didn't expect her to return the favor because we were still relatively new as a "thing"..
Well its been over a month now, and we've hooked up and fooled around probably10 times now and she has still not repayed the favor. She still likes to cuddle and when she's in the mood she wants me to do something to her, but it never goes the other way. I'm not sure if it is because she has never done it before or if she just doesnt want to?
What can I ask her, without making it seem awkward or forced, in reference to her pleasing me back?

This is kind of an akward question - probably because no one has answered to it but heres a womans point of view. Fooling around with you is just passing the time, okay not so harsh, but a little fun in the day/ night, whatever. Its been a month but maybe your looking at this too strongly? I think she only thinks of your "relationship" as fooling around, nothing else, so repaying the favor is stupid because its not going any where. Try to imply your feelings but dont act pushy, but if she just thinks of it as a little quirk in her day, its time to end it.

Wow what a change of pace.. it's ussually the other way around. Maybe she has an issue with hygeine and if so... suggest taking a shower together? Although if you're relatively new... that might not be the best idea.
The best thing you can do in this situation I think is suggest trying a 69 position? That way you are still pleasing her and not really asking her to please you but to just try something new.
She might find she likes it after all? I have no problem pleasing my boyfriend but we take it in turns :P I would feel bad if he was the one doing all the pleasing anyway.

Obviously, she means nothing to you & more than likely the feelings are mutual. First, you haven't mentioned one thing that shows any affection towards her, you refer to her as "the girl you are fooling around with", and only seem to be concerned that she returns a sexual favor.
Heres a clue ... stop giving her pleasure & your feelings will not be hurt. Be honest with her & tell her how you feel, what you want and give her time to decide. It will save you both a lot of time ....
-either you will both move on to what you're truly looking for
or
-she will understand your side and return the favor

Seems like you are on the opposite end of where you are used to being because it is rare that a guy will do something for a girl not to expect something back. She probably doesn't want to because she likes being the one getting all the pleasure. But if you must receive then ask her in the moment of it if she would pleasure you and if she refuses she probably in not into it so there is no need to continue doing it for her.

Its very possible that she is a virgin and is still trying to get the hang of things. Or she wants to wait until marriage. She also might be waiting for the right time. Don't pressure or rush her. She will do something for you when the time is right.
I was a virgin until I was 20 and waited a while before I actually went down on a guy or did anything else. Its all about the experience.

What you accept you teach. It seems to me that by now you would just have continued the encounter and gone to the next stage. You have let her get away with this so far, so now she thinks it is good for you too.
If she shows no indication that she wants to actually have sex, then she is just using you to get her jollies. A guy won't have to ask a girl for sex if she is really into him, she will just naturally want it to go both ways.

She doesn't have to reciprocate it's not mandatory lol. I mean honestly I wouldn't feel obligated to do so, because most guys don't do so after they've been pleased so it works both ways.
