Yep. I attend an Episcopal Church, and the worship service is almost identical to modern Roman Catholic Mass.

The only Christian religions I've seen having hangups about alcohol are Baptist (especially Southern Baptist, we had grape juice at our communions), Methodists, Penecostals, Mormons, and Jehovah's Witnesses. Other than that the bible actually says you can drink some but not to the point of public drunkenness.
