Why can't atomists admit that their belief is flawed?

Question

This "atom" idea is flawed for these reasons:

- Atom theory is only a theory. It is not necessarily true

- Even these so-called atomist "scientists" will admit that atomism is only a theory

- No one has actually ever seen an atom

- The existance of atoms disprove the existance of God (it was not mentioned in the Bible, so it's wrong)

- These atomists can't even make up their mind about what the atom looks like!

NOOO: whoosh! right over the head.

Okay yes, I know we can see atoms. But you get the sarcastic satire, don't you?

True, and they say that when determining how the imaginary electrons move that time is non-existent! This isn't even mentioning that atomic particles are made up of even smaller ones (quarks) and they aren't in the Bible either!
