Knowing that you have an undesirable (but difficult to fix) trait - and being willing to live with it - is a sign of self-acceptance. This is a good thing. It is the people who could not accept that condition that have a disorder.
Also, ugly is in the eye of the beholder, as is beauty. When you see poker tournaments on TV, or if you know anyone who plays tournament bridge, you would understand. It is not the cards you are dealt. It is what you do with them that counts.
And as far as "ugly" goes... if you can look at your wrist watch and it doesn't explode on your wrist, you aren't ugly. If your face can stop a clock... THEN you are ugly.
Now, there is one more thing to remember... Being OK with who and what you are is a very good place to be. Don't let jealousy (of others' "better" looks) creep into your life. Beauty comes from within. It comes from carrying yourself proudly. it comes from knowing that you are good person. It comes from learning to let go of selfishness, hatred, jealousy, and a desire for revenge. LIVE your life. Learn to have fun. You might just be surprised at what happens when you show folks just how happy you are with yourself.
In fact, if your new attitude is strong enough, others might be jealous of YOU! (Or at least they'll want to know what you know and they don't know...)

Well ugly is a matter of perspective usually influenced by culture.
So, if someone with useless judgement points fingers at people they deem ugly, and the person is fine with their appearance..no that's not a disorder.
People are free whether by law or whether by what they feel to look however they want.
Symmetry is a sign of health. Non symmetrical people are ugly in my opinion and that's not influenced by culture but by biology.
