Like they did the Unification Church, the Moonies?
They are talking about doing it to Scientology like they are talking about doing it to Jehovah's Witnesses. Germany is listed like France, Russia, and China as religious intolerant countries on the religion watch sites.

Often if they can't ban it then it is just declared "not a religion, but a business".

The biggest problem with Germany at the moment is that they like to make things official. By banning people from their country who are involved with such religions, there is a treaty which effectively bans the same people from entering most european countries. And by taking actions against religions they give all of the members the right to ask for asylum for religious persecution to countries such as the US

thinking Scientology, as a company, having been in contact in diverse unlawful activities, activities that are part of the very writen systemology of Scientology? confident, confident that is going to likely be banned. I even have not something against religions, yet Scientology's very own founder admitted that it replaced into not something greater beneficial than a tax scheme. If somebody desires to have faith the training of Scientology, that is their situation, yet no, i don't experience the corporate could desire to be referred to as a legal entity.

it would be nice to ban alot off things but, if we ban Scientology satan will attack with a new false belief so i believe in the power of pray . why not pray for those that have been miss lead, and turn that congregation into a blood bought true believing christian church!! then they could do the same and so on. the more warriors for christ the more souls that can be reached for christ!! everyone can change trust me!! i did and it was through the power of prayer !!

Not at all. Personally I found their courses to be interesting and useful.

But if they want to declare it "not a church, but a business" then thats their decision. Their form of government allows that.
