I found this cat on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g4I7oFWCTPI
I played it while my cats were sitting around. it was hilarious the way they were looking at each other trying to figure who was doing it! One of my cats even started hissing and yowling too! Try it, it's hilarious!

Kelly Ann- I respect your opinion and please know I am the person who crys during the news at animal cruelty stories. I support the animal shelters and sometimes go there just to play with the kitties who have no one. I am THE animal lover and would fight if I saw someone hurting an animal. I don't know what the story is with that cat but I do know the eccentricities of cats and that they hiss and growl sometimes at the slightest things. Please don't think I condone harassment or abuse of animals but I think it doesn't hurt to play if you don't let it go too far (some of these folks turned it off when their cats got too antzy). It depends on the cat and they have no problem messing with us sometimes! Hug your kitties now everybody, say you're sorry and dole out the treats! ♥♥♥

My poor Kaidyn got slapped by Mia when I started to play it! As if she doesn't pick on him enough! The video sounded just like Mia every time Kaidyn gets near her!

Yeah, that was hilarious!! My cat which is 10yrs old came running down the stairs. She was investigating were it was coming from. She is a smart girl, once she figured it was coming from my laptop she just jumped on my sofa & just starred. Looked kinda creepy with her eyes glowing in the dark.

There is this other video were the cats are singing. Try that one, your cat will freak out!!

Thanks for the laugh : )

LOL. I had a white cat that acted just like that occasionally. If she was really mad at some of the kids who messed with her or whenever she felt threatened, she would act like that. I was the only person in our house that she really loved and therefore, she only got 'p.o.ed' like that at me when I was trying to save her from kidney failure at the age of 17 1/2 years old. I guess the I.V. infusions to flush out her kidneys just got to be too painful.
Overall, she was a really a good cat with me and with my youngest child, but she hated the two older kids in the family with a passion...probably because they loved to tease her beyond reason. She slept with my husband and me for years in our bed, and then when the youngest child came along, we decided it was time to put her outside where she could climb trees, run and lie in the sunshine, if she wanted to. She never strayed far from home and always showed me that I was the
"most important person" in her life. Finally, when the Vet said she had gone into severe kidney failure, I did everything that I could to keep her alive, but I could see in her eyes that she was in pain and I knew it would be more merciful and it was time to let her go. It can be h e l l having a spoiled and very much loved animal put to sleep, but some times you just have to do it, to keep them from suffering anymore. I still miss her quirky little personality.
Thanks for sharing a memory I can so well relate to! :-)

Crabbi Patti and Polly totally freaked out - they were trying to find out where the noise was coming from. Gizmo just looked up and went back to sleep, and Dave continues snoring away at my feet - it would take an earthquake to wake him up. That cat looked really cross though, don't think I'll try it with mine x

It scared one of my cats very bad. I had to turn it off. I have a cat that gets this way on almost a daily basis fo some strange reason, so I think it really bothered her.

That is too funny! My cat was out of the room but my dog was laying there and got up and tilted her head. She gets that enough from our cat that she knows that the cat means business (my cat doesn't like my dog that much).

Edit: I brought my cat in to see what she would do and she didn't seem to care. Maybe b/c she does it all the time so she is used to it. :)

Personally, I think this is animal cruelty. You do not have to agree with me, but, to me, this is annoying a cat and making it upset which then makes it scared for the rest of its life. I dont know what you think, but, that is my opnion.

Hahaha my cats just totally freaked!! They came running from all directions and Kitty's tail puffed. She also thought that there was a cat hiding on my lap. Flexo snuck behind the sofa to climb onto me from behind and see what was making that noise. Ironically, that's the way Flexo growls when she's carrying around her mouse!! Thanks for that!

I played it. The cats slept through it.
I think the cat was a LITTLE bit upset!

Haha that's funny. I would try it out but I got no cat. Maybe you could post a video on youtube about your cat's reaction watching a cat video on youtube.
