i like doing it with other dudes?

how does it follow that consensual sex is as extreme as having the urge to harm someone. i can repress the urge to kill people, i do it all the time when i'm on here.

i can assure you, worthless recruit, that i can indeed walk straight. reproduction is not the only reason for sex, and gay sex is no more likely to spread disease than the 'other' sex.

yes. you murder the hopes and dreams of millions of women who are dying to marry you and raise a family with you...

As extreme? Maybe not, however it is an inner feeling that motivates people to commit many sins. Is one sin worse than the other? I suppose, but sin it still is. I may have feelings inside of me that may push me to commit a crime or even have relations with another man. The difference is I am willing to accept God's law on these subjects and therefore would suppress those feelings to honor Him. And please don't tell me that God made you this way. God made only the first humans, we have been their offspring and have inherited their sins and bad genes all along the way. Some feel the need to steal, others to murder, rape, and maim. Others have the urge to cheat on their spouse, have sex with animals and children and to fornicate with the same sex. All of these things are seen as sins in the eyes of God.

If you do not share my beliefs, then do as you will. The weak ones always do.

The notion that what you are doing is the equivalent to murder is a misinterpretation of common religious beliefs. There is a huge difference between doing something you enjoy that feels right, and wanting to harm someone. You don't have sex with men with the intent to harm them, and you're not doing it against their will, so I don't see why it should be such a problem. You're not sick, you're not killing anyone, you're just acting on your own urges, and that makes you human. we're all subject to such acts. Believe what YOU want to believe, not what others will tell you. Even me. This decision is up to you. =)

LOL. THAT's funny! And I can SO RELATE!

You're asking the wrong people.

As a Christian, I have to say "yes" because God's Word (The Bible) says that this is a true statement. In God's eyes, there is no distinction between committing murder, lying, stealing, homosexuality, etc.

The thing to remember is no sin is greater than another. Telling your kid that Santa is real is a lie and just as much a sin as committing murder. Sin is sin in God's eyes.

What I often tell people with questions about homosexuality is that 1. God says not to do it. and 2. Even if it were ok sexually, God says not to fornicate. SO if you are not married then you are fornicating which is a sin in God's eyes.

That brings up the legal marriage issue. When God created marriage, it was meant for man and woman. Not man + man or woman + woman. Therefore, even if you are legally married according to the government's definition, you aren't married in the sight of God and therefore are fornicating which is a sin. It's kind of a double whammy in God's eyes.

I'm sorry. I wish I could tell you different but as a Christian, I can't. It breaks my heart to have to tell someone that who is engaged in homosexual relations.

Jesus commands we love our neighbor. It isn't my place to judge you or what you do. I cannot agree with it, but that doesn't mean I am entitled to mistreat you. I'm sorry for all the so called "Christians" who have been abusive to you. Please know that not all of us take pleasure in being hateful to people in your situation.

Jesus died for all of us equally. You are no exception. He also said to "hate the sin but love the sinner". That means I can disagree with your lifestyle but still be friendly to you. A lot of Christians forget this particular verse.

Being a Christian does not make someone perfect, it just means we are forgiven. My blessings to you brother.

It doesn't make sense that would be on the same level at all. Once again, the sharp minds of men long ago writing fairy tales. They were probably repressed gay men and wanted to take out their frustration by sending others such as themselves on guilt trips for their inborn desires. What pricks.

Actually, sex of any kind (gay, hetero, or whatever) is a sin unless you are married to the person. In fact, thinking about sex with a person is a sin. There is no sin that is worse than any other sin, all are equal in that they fall short of God's expectations and God's perfection. Therefore, when I think about pigging out on a pizza (even without doing it) I am just as sinful as Adolf Hitler or some serial killer, and you are just as sinful as me when you have sex with a man.

However, the difference is that God will forgive my sin if I repent and turn away from it because the shed blood of Jesus paid the price for my sin. The good news is that God will do that for you too, if you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

Wow, there are definitely some very ignorant people on here tonight. No, it doesn't make you the equivalent of a murderer. It makes you someone strong enough to live your life in the open and make no excuses for it.
You are who you are and have nothing to be ashamed of. Be of good cheer, not all of the people on here are ignorant bigots.

James 2:8-13 Check it out. If you break one part of the Law you have broken it all.

The point is that sin, ALL sin is bad. Nobody, is righteous by the Law, or by keeping the rules. We all are in need of God's grace and mercy. No one can boast, who is a recipient of either. There is not room for pride in God's kingdom, only humility. Jesus was the best example. He came to suffer and die. He Jesus, King of the Universe, came to die a humiliating death, not to brandish a sword and force submission to Himself. God is after our hearts. He is looking for humble and contrite hearts, not boasting and pride.

hell no dude

look, they dont like what you do for one main reason...because your actions make them question their sexuality. wether its conscious or subconscious theyre thinking about the act that you (love im sure0 to do and it gives them the willies...and it gives them the willies so much that theyre willing to spend millions of dollars to ensure that you cant do anything and that you remain a social outcast.

all of this is done simply...SIMPLY because they do not like what you do...theres nothing else to it.

now as for the whole labeling you as a murderer thing? welcome to the club...they label me as a Communist. all that is is them taking you and throwing you into a group of people that happens to have a bad reputation.

like if i said christians are exactly like the nazis...okay thats a bit more beleivable than yours or mine but still! it works!

theyre trying to make you look bad.

ever seen a comment that goes something like "i blame it on the liberal. atheist, greenpeace, hippie communists blah blah blah"? yeah...same thing...theyre taking all the things and people they dont like and grouping them together so they look like horrible, ugly people.

ignore them.

just remember youre dealing with the lowest educated people of america. the less education a person has the more religious they are...its just a common fact...

YAY!...i want chocolate...

sex is great fun, and between consenting adults (of any sex) does no one any harm, so it has nothing to do with anyone but the people involved!
