until you are no longer having diarrhea or vomiting, when that subsides if you are not dehydrated you A OK to go back

If it's a real virus (not just a test you want to avoid) ask your doctor AND the school nurse. There may be a bug going around that both know about that they are trying to avoid spreading...or you might just have had an odd one. Bottom line: find out if you're OK to return to school from the professionals who monitor the situation. Good luck, sweetie! Hope you're feeling better.

Well i have a stomache virus to but i have been going to school the virus shouldn't stop you from getting your education.

Depends on the virus... but typically, 24 hours after you feel normal again.

u should check with ur DR,if the prescribed medicines give u drowsy then u've to take a few days off from school.
