ok so I have this baby for a full 7 days that I have to take care of for my child care class in school. but I'm going to the mall tomorrow with my best friend. should I take the baby with me? I mean it probably won't look like I'm taking a doll around with me, it'll at least look and sound like a real baby and I'll be carrying it in a little baby thing and I'll have a diaper bag and all that fun stuff..so haha should I take it with me?! i want to buy it clothes haha! the teacher said some girls did that last year, but what do you think?

I think if you are supposed to be taking care of it like you would if you had a baby then yes you should take it with you or find someone you trust to babysit it.

I agree. I think you should take it with you. People know what that "doll" is for so it won't be a big deal if someone sees it. You should treat it like a real baby. And don't slack off and settle for a C. I think it will be a great experience, so have fun and do your best. Good luck!

Well, if it was your 'real' baby, that's what you'd have to do! So I say yes, take it along with you, and buy it some clothes as well if you want, I don't see why not. Most people who see it will probably know it's one of those babies that you use in school, and as you said they look pretty real. Take it along and have fun, and be prepared for the most interrupted shopping trip of your life!
Have fun :=)

there's a distinction between "new child care" & "preschool". i think of in case you are able to positioned a three-5 year old in preschool some hrs an afternoon, some days a week that's somewhat good for their social and psychological progression. i do no longer think of having a new child in day care from 8-6 is comparable to preschool. I even have self assurance that youngsters belong with their mom and father maximum of them time and not interior the care of others (that's why I stay domicile). i comprehend that i'm very fortunate to be waiting to be at domicile with my kiddos and that i like it!

If it were a real baby, and you wanted to go shopping, you would take the baby with you (or hire a qualified and competent sitter). I think the idea with these things is to do what you would do if it were real, so take it along with you.

Dumb exercise. Stick it in your book bag, and accept the C with grace.

Do NOT buy it clothes.
