Me and my bf have been together for a little over 3 years and our sex has gotten so boring. I have only had an "O" like maybe once or twice. And now my bf is used to that so when we have sex it is only for him.
Is there any thing i can do to make it better for me, so i can tell him what to do to get me "there"?

I would suggest you getting a bullet (viberator) and also I would try the cream that you put on your clit to make you more sensitive. Talk to him and tell him that you want to try different things, maybe go to the strip club together and then go home and give eachother a strip tease, role play, or maybe go to a sex toy store or watch a porn together, you get ideas of things to try or get you alittle excited too.

Well first off, you need to make sure that you ont mislead him. If he does something that doesnt get you going, then dont pretend.
Try different positions so that you can apply pressure to different areas "down there". Usually alot of pressure and movement to the bottom of your area will be more stimulating. so keep that in mind. You both really need to experiment more and try to be understanding with eachother that its a 2 way thing, you should both enjoy it and work together to figure out how to optimize the experience.

I have the opposite problem. My lady sometimes orgasms too quickly, before I'm finished. And sometimes I end up a little disappointed as a result.

Try other things and TELL HIM WHAT YOU WANT!!! I can't stress that enough!! You can probably put his d*ck in your mouth but you can't talk to him openly?!?!
