Hi,
If you are using Microsoft Windows versions of PowerPoint, with PowerPoint open use the Help menu. Enter the words Getting Started and click the search button.
If you are using Apple Macintosh versions of PowerPoint, open PowerPoint and click the Learn tab of the Project Gallery.
Either way you'll find lots of helpful suggestions about how to get started with PowerPoint.

open microsoft office powerpoint...and begin making ur powerpoint.......

You need the software, then you simply need something to present. Create slides with information/graphics and then generally project it to an audience.

go to Microsoft and go to power point presentation and start a power point
