So, I've known this girl for around a while, (I'm 14) and last year we were really good friends, but now I feel like shew thinks shes to good for me and we dont hang out as much. She's had like 5 boyfriends in the last 6 months but i really like her, any advice?

Well i would take a look at the guys she is dating. If she has 5 that should be a sign to becareful for yourself!!! a girl who dates a lot usually is trying to find out what type of guy she likes. So just watch out!!! If you really like her take the step to be friends by inviting her to think or just hangin out...make it look like your not on a date (does that make since) let her get to know your personality instead her thinking you just want to get with her. She sounds like she is popular so without changing who you are get in with her friends...if you dont like her friends then really make sure you know the girl cus when you look at her friends your getting a taste of who she is. Its not full proof but they will influence her decision more inlikely!!!
so before you put your feelings into this make sure you like her friends and she gets to know you so that her feelings can grow for you. And most of all make sure KNOW her. I wouldnt ask her formally...i would just ask her if she wants to hang out in a group or something then move to one on one time!!
you seem really sweet so if it doesnt work out there are plenty of other girls and the one right now isnt worth your time!!! just wait for the one who is!

If you want to ask her out don't be afraid make sure that she doesn't have a boyfriend if she says no it is ok but ask her to still be friends but if she says yes then you know it will be no worries just be really nice to her she probably wants a nice guy. Maybe she is trying to make you jealous by going out with other guys.

ask her if shes mad at you...
this way, you'll bring up why shes been so distant with you casually.
if she doesnt have a boyfriend now, you should begin to hang out with her more often. go to the mall, watch a movie with friends/at someones house & then slow it down to a few friends & eventually just you two.
this way, you'll get to know if shes willing to be more than just friends & if she likes you because she'll say either "yes" or "no" when you ask her to meet you to 'hang.'

You say shes had like 5 bfs in like 6 months that equals to her changing them almost evry month. You genuinly like her, but seems like shes not the type to hold on to a precious r/ship. So i would stay away and fnd somone that deserves you.

thats alot of boyfriends in a short period of time i know your young might as well have some fun. but if you like her just go for it what do you got to loose. if you dont you might regret it later in life. but on the other hand if your close friends it might make the friendship awkard if you break up or somethin its basicly a loose loose situation.

if u really want to serious relationship with her. as a friend, he need to tell to take a break from guys. She need to take a break from guys for a year at most. She really need to know what she want on the guy.

Make it a small date to see if she wants to entertain you with all of her details on her past dates.... Ask her out for hot chocolate. in stead of making a whole night of it just see if she has any interest first. While you are out ask about her interests concerts, school activities, Ice skating, shopping, movies, best wishes

Be yourself, if you already know her it's a good start, find out what she likes etc and use it to your advantage so it can be just the 2 of you hanging out on occasions, you'd be surprised what it can achieve!
