I dont want it to be ackward like "Hi,I like you" Say anything on how you would like to be ask out
like,do u wanna go out with me,do you want to see a movie,etc.

You could say:
Hay what's up, are you doing anything this weekend? Do you want to go see a movie? That is how I'd want to be asked out quick and short and not around a lot of people.

I like that you are asking what we like, that is very mature and considerate. : )
I think start a conversation casually asking what her plans are for the weekend; "doing anything special this weekend?" If she says no, that is wide open for you to ask if she'd like to go out (dinner is good, not a movie, you can't talk).

I Want you to say "Hi, Luv, i plan to go to the mall, today, and i was thinking of someone to go with, and you were the first and last one on my list, would you like to go sweetheart"...
my response, "aww, sure, as long as your paying, lol, just playing with you, of course, pick me up at 7 and make sure you look good for me"..â¥

make it nice and sweet , not just a plain old will you go out with me add something sweet too it like girl u've been giving me butterflies all day and i was just wondering if u would like to see a movie with me , thats how iw ould want to be asked out

start up a conversation. just the casual type thing. then be like, " have a secret...wanna know it?" then tell her you like her, and be like "i was wondering if you wanted to be my girlfriend." if you ask her any other way...its kinda confusing cause you dont know what the status of your relationship is.

1.Compliment her
2.Ask her somewhere
3.When youre there, tell her how much you like her
4.Ask her if shes like to be your girlfriend
Heres an example...
You-"Wow, you have gorgeous eyes."
Her-*Blushes* "Thanks."
You-"Hey, i was wondering if you wanna go to a movie later?"
Her-*smiles* "Sure."
You-"Great, ill see come by your house at 7."
*After movie, going home*
You-"Youre a really awesome person, i really like you."
Her-"Really?"
You-"Do you wanna be my girlfriend?"
