Give him the thing that he wants the most. I would go with the phone just because he wanted it so much. Don't u think he deserves it?

IF IT GETS SNOWY THERE GET HIM A SLED THEN HE WILL INVITE YOU SLEDDING. ANY WINTER, WARM ITEMS WOULD BE GOOD. OR COOK HIM SOME SUGAR FREE FUDGE WITH A LOT OF NUTS.
