My mom needs help, @ least I think so. She put up the Christmas lights on the tree, then she had a fight w/ my bro & got mad & took them down. Then like 2 days later, she put it back up. She does that. She puts something somewhere, moves it, then moves it to the place @ the beginning! Is there something wrong w/ her?

She could very well be.. I don't think the moving of things is really a problem, because maybe it just didn't look good there. How many times have you changed your clothers multiple times in one night, because it just didn't look right on you? The fight with your brother... Does this happen regularly with her going from fine to angry and back? She may have bi-polar disorder. It would be something to get checked out, although it may be just normaly stuff to that just has you concerned.

There's nothing wrong with her. I think she reacts before she thinks. It's an impulse thing to get the frustration out. Just my opinion.

naw,she just gets mad or frusterated so she impulsively does something to prove a point - just to have to fix it back like it was. i've done stuff like that - like get mad and throw something, just to know i have to pick it up,or clean it up ...

No, she just has bratty kids. My husband and I recently adopted 6 children and we, too, find ourselves moving stuff around excessively.

She may be obsessive-compulsive.
Does she wash her hands to the point where they are raw?
Any other oddball things taken to extremes?
If there are, you might want to approach her that she might want to go visit the doctor about it.
