A year ago I purchased Microsoft Office online and downloaded it. I bought a new computer last week and want to download it again, but can't do it. As far as I can tell I don't have a disk - I have the Service Pak disk but no original software. Am I missing something here? I have the code...

"I have the code..." - Call Microsoft and ask if you can buy replacement disks.

Try this: 1.In Windows Explorer, navigate to the c:\Program Files \Microsoft Office directory. 2.Open a search and look for the file Excel.exe. If the search finds it, Excel is still safe and sound. Right-click on it and drag it to the desktop. When the pop-up menu appears, select Create Shortcuts Here. That should do it. Repeat the steps for MSAccess.exe. Hope that helps.
