I'm taking 1-2 sleeping tablets every day, otherwise I couldn't sleep. Now ever so often I get this stinging slightly painful feeling on the left side of my chest. I'm a bit worried it could be related. I also had 2 red bulls this morning to wake up. I am only 34 years old, and so I think I am too young to worry about heart problems, or am I ?

your probably co-dependent on them-and possible by taking such an influx, you are making yourself over-tried, and therefore have trouble stirring (especially if you are not getting 8-10 hours every night). I doubt the chest pain is related, but their are serious complication with such a usage, and as another said, i advise you to see your doctor.

What people need to understand, is that laying in bed trying to sleep is normal. You've got to be persistant in order to be able to go to sleep on regularly. This might not be your case: but many on sleeping pills are impatient. You need to understand that some night you simply have trouble sleeping.

Your now having a lot of difficulty falling asleep i suspect because of your dependency.

Some tips for falling asleep: make sure you exert yourself during the day-burn some energy. Also, foods and drinks such as milk and turkey contain certain substances that will help you sleep. Their are also many techniques that you shoul re-search on line.

good luck!
