theres this girl in my college that i like alot, i hang out with her all the time. she has a boyfriend but she will still hang out with it just being me and her, her BF seems cool with it. i dont know she is really open and will ask you any question, she doesnt care, at least she does it to me anyway.she will ask me about my ex's or who i wish i could date, and lots of stuff u would only ask a BF. i like her alot and she is always treating me like a BF so my friend asked her if she likes me and he says she seemed interested but she didnt know if i liked her more than a friend. she texted me a few times then randomly asked me out. i called her and she basically said she was kidding. when we hang out she will like hold my arm or just like touch me jokingly. i dont know its really hard to tell, my friends think she is just keeping her BF around.
why would someone randomyly ask you out like that. what would you recomend i do in this situation, i really like this girl

It could be a few things; she is unsure of how she feels, she thinks she likes you but feels guilty because does have a bf or she is playing games and is imature.
I think you should point blank say to her; look, you have a bf, why do you act like I am, because I find this confusing and I want to know what you feel at this point.
