its so hard , but then if you dont what things to get any more bad you... just have to cool down and then think of how you gonna act .... its always better to maintain grace ...

I give it my best shot. I am happy that God forgives me when I fall short. Some people require some extra grace.

Usually, yes. I tend to be a logical individual. Dealing with situations emotionally doesn't really help anyone deal with anything at all. It only causes escalation of emotions and tendencies to make stupid mistakes.
