hi there, i need some help with religion.
you see my family isn't religious, but then i still believe in god and all that, and i know about all that kinda stuff, i pray and stuff and so i was wondering if i can call myself christian or whatever even though i don't have a religious family background and don't go to church but i still believe in god and pray to him etc.
btw. even if you're not religious (like me) can you still go to heaven and stuff like that?

Sure you can be a Christian! There's no rule that says you have to be the same religion as your family.

You dont have to have religion in the family to become religious yourself. From what you described you sound like a christian, so go to church, pray do whatever makes you happy..

What you call yourself is up to you. But first you should do some research. There are many religions that pray to God(s). I'm also not religious. After doing my research I found that no religion suited me. So I just call my Spiritual. :) Af for Heaven, I don't see why not. I believe that what you experience after death is what you believe you'll experience. Like if you believe that you'll go to Heaven, then you will.

heck yes You are more a christian than many who do have a religous back ground and go to church well if you belive in Jesus and the bible and all that and accepted him but yes you can go to heaven any one can it's all about accepting Jesus! Christianity isn't about who your family is or if you go to church and your works you do it's about accepting Jesus as your savour.You should try joining a group to learn more about christianity so you get a good picture of it and decide if you want to be christian or not .
