I would have to say to get them to a pediatric dentist in your area. If that is not possible, then try the different varieties of toothpastes out there. I do agree with the answer before about giving the child the brush to bite or chew on. This gets the child used to the bristles on the brush. I do not however agree with the previous answer of putting cola or whipped cream on the brush. That is possibly the worst thing you could do. Concentrated sugars and acids from these products cause prolonged sugar exposure, and can lead to rampant decay.

give them a soft tooth brush to play with.. put a little cola on it to flavor it.. or some whipped cream.. make it a risk reward type of thing.. let them carry the tooth brush with them with the sweet stuff on and they will get used to putting it in their mouth.. show them how to use the brush to clean their teeth.. they will get the hang of it.. especially if it tastes sweet.. by the way you can get sugar free whipped cream.. they won't know it.. good luck

say something like if u dont brush ur teeth u won't get money from the tooth fairy if they're younger

ask your neabor to teach one child at a time and maybe when you wake up in the morning they will be brush'n their teeth

TRY THAT!
MAYBE IF YOU GET DIFFERENT KINDS AND ASK THEM
"WHAT DO YOU THINK" THEY WILL FEEL AS THOUGH
THEY ARE HELPING YOU OUT-WHEN IT'S IN THE REVERSE.
