My nan told me if you drink too much green tea it raises your blood pressure, because SHE says it happend to my uncle, but she thinks she knows everything about health, so I don't know if I should believe her.. So is it? If so, how much is too much?

yes, it is true. You can always have TOO much of a good thing. green tea is high in antioxidants, and can be naturally decaffeinated, but can also interfere with the way your body absorbs certain medications, and breaks down enzymes. With any natural or herbal product, you should always consult a herbalist, or your family doctor to see if its suitable for you. But an occasional cup here and there is not going to hurt you!

Green Tea has caffeine so yes, not sure of any other properties that would do this any more than coffee or any other tea.
