If you using office 07 then its under the different new "tabs". Marigins etc are under layout, it takes a bit of getting used too. Persoanlly i think they should have stuck to the old interface.

It's under File, Page Setup and under a tab marked Margins.

File - Page Setup (I have an older version of Word, hopefully it's still the same if you have the latest and greatest.....)
