I belong to a church in England(it's also a major Anglican sect) called "The Church Of England" it considers itself to be Protestant and Catholic in ideology, do you think I could bend the rules a bit and ignore the Catholic rules as a whole and not consider myself "Part-Catholic"

Either you are or you aren't. God loves you, regardless of these stupid rules.

Revelation 17:5 This title was written on her forehead: MYSTERY BABYLON THE GREAT THE MOTHER OF PROSTITUTES AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. 6 I saw that the woman was drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of those who bore testimony to Jesus. When I saw her, I was greatly astonished. 7 Then the angel said to me: "Why are you astonished? I will explain to you the mystery of the woman and of the beast she rides, which has the seven heads and ten horns. 8 The beast, which you saw, once was, now is not, and will come up out of the Abyss and go to his destruction. The inhabitants of the earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the creation of the world will be astonished when they see the beast, because he once was, now is not, and yet will come. 9 "This calls for a mind with wisdom. The seven heads are seven hills on which the woman sits.

Revelation 18:1 After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven. He had great authority, and the earth was illuminated by his splendor. 2 With a mighty voice he shouted: "Fallen! Fallen is Babylon the Great! She has become a home for demons and a haunt for every evil spirit, a haunt for every unclean and detestable bird. 3 For all the nations have drunk the maddening wine of her adulteries. The kings of the earth committed adultery with her, and the merchants of the earth grew rich from her excessive luxuries."

4 Then I heard another voice from heaven say: "Come out of her, my people, so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues;

Of course you can. People have been doing that over the centuries. That's what Anglican tolerance is all about. There's High Church, Low Church and Broad Church, and you can pick your tendency for yourself and still all be part of the family. Just don't question the role and authority of bishops, because that's the one unalterable constant.

I'm curious (as in, need more info!) as to what ideology of the Catholic church you are trying to avoid? More specifically, what rules are you trying to "bend"?

Is it something specific, or just a general aversion to Catholicism?

I believe that most religions that acknowledge Christ as the Son of God have essentially the same tenets. I guess this would explain why your church bases its roots in two major Christian ideologies.

Get back to me....Add more info. I'll try to help.

You can't ignore the rules of being a catholic and still call your self catholic. Not even "part-catholic." You either do believe or you don't.

Just worship God in spirit and truth, don't worry about where you do it. I often go to an Anglican church myself, and even though I don't agree with everything that happens there, I still enjoy the fellowship of other believers.

Romans 10:9,10 says

9Because if you acknowledge and confess with your lips that Jesus is Lord and in your heart believe (adhere to, trust in, and rely on the truth) that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

10For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms [his] salvation.

If you are doing those things, it really doesn't matter where.

If one picks and chooses what one prefers out of catholicism and leaves the rest he is a liberal protestant and not catholic
All protestantisms are in many ways part catholic

I'm not sure if I understand, it would depend on the nature of this "bending".
