I can't imagine anyone being offended by someone praying for them no matter who it is....I would welcome their concern and prayers.

I'd be glad they were thinking of me. I believe God hears all sincere prayers and I need all the blessings/help I can get :)
edit: After reading some of the other answers, I realized I missed a part. In the case where someone is praying for my soul to be saved (ie: trying to save me from my religion) I'd have to say that I'm a little bit annoyed at that. They found God in their own way. That's great. But I don't like it if they're trying to impose their beliefs into my relationship with God. I still appreciate that they care for me. Just that I'd also like to be shown the same respect that I try to give them :)

The only logical answer to this question is glad that they were thinking of you. As you mentioned someone of another faith, you are indicating that the person praying for you believes in God. It is clear in the Bible that not only persons of your own faith beleive in the True God but that there are others who also do the same.

I would appreciate that the other person is thinking well of me, but wishing and praying myself that she/he would come to see the Truth of the One True God to pray to.... otherwise, her/his efforts are for naught.
Have a blessed day.

I find it somewhat offensive.
We are supposed to make our own choices in life, and while I don't agree with ANY religion, I accept that everyone has the right to believe what they like, if it doesn't hurt anyone else, of course.
However, I would like others to accept that I have made an informed choice in my own right, and not try to 'save' me, even behind my back.

Mostly when they do that it just means that they care.
Sometimes it means that they really don't want to help. SOMETIMES.
In the right context, it can be insulting, like when my mother tells me she's praying for me to find god.

I would find it a little odd, but that aside probably glad that someone cares about me.

Well, as a devout Agnostic/Heretic...I'd still be happy that someone somewhere was thinking of me regardless of how you label that thought (prayer, meditation, or just thinking)...PEACE!
