hOW TO TELL HIM ABOUT MY FEELINGS?

There is this guy in my class and I really like him and I know tht he likes me, too, but he also likes another girl who is also from our clss and he doesn't know who he likes more, so he never told any of us about his feelings. He asked one girl who I kno> w to ask me if I like him. I said maybe( that's when he said that he likes me and another girl, but he said it to her not to me!). I gave him a note where I asked him if it's true. After that he came to my after school amd told me that he doesn't understa> nd what I am talking about, but I know he does. What should I do in this situation? How to tell HIM that I like him?

that was confusing but i read it like 3 times and i get u
well u can just flirt with him and if he doesnt get u
then its his loss.
wait like a week for him to tell u how he feels and then if he doenst u just tell him that u might kinda like him
either he blows it over or he says he likes u back
