It's Latin. It's from De Anima (On the Soul), written about 540 AD by Cassiodorus.

Clearly, there is a single lifetime for every one, and it is to be completed.

Is not spanish, is not french, not even italian, maybe it's a combination, but omnibus i'ts latin as long as i know
