well supposedly the camera adds weight, but in general both are probably pretty close to the same. How you see your self is different then how others see you.

People look at what you do, how you move, what you say and how you say it.
If you want to know how someone perceives you give them a video camera for a day. Than you will meet the real you (through their eyes).
