I got drunk last night.(you got wasted, and have a hangover)

drank is the past tense of the verb. Drunk is an adjective.

Drink is present tense. Drank is past tense. and Drunk is past participle as in "I have drunk myself stupid,"

Both in different circumstances.

I was drinking the wine.
I drank the wine.
I have drunk the wine
I had drunk the wine before the toast.
I did so much wine drinking I got drunk.

Correct is: I have already drunk three bottles of water. You cannot say 'I have already drank', that is grammatically incorrect. drink-drank-drunk. Basics.

I drank three bottles of water, or I have already drunk three bottles of water. I am about to drink a fourth, now or I am on the fourth, now.

"was" drunk


I think you would just slap the word "was" in front and it'll be in past tense.
