Why do men between the ages of 30-34 act so childish?

What goes through their mind?
What posses them to act the way they do?
Why are most of them liars?
Is this a transistion faze?

Must be the guy you're with because that's the age group I tend to be around, and they're not like that. I think many of them have figured out what they want and are going after it (marriage, kids, better jobs, etc.).
