It looks like goose bumps to me, but I'm in need of glasses. The picture was taken too close up to really tell. I suppose you could look up a site on skin problems. You may find the answer there.

I wouldn't want to give you an answer because I am not a doctor that specializes in dermatology. I would suggest going to a GOOD dermatologist in your area. Why did you wait so long?

Im not sure because the picture is not clear . But this is what i saw and think that those are white hair which is normal

You might have "chicken skin" go to your doctor, it is not that serious, but you do need to make an appointment!!! Good Luck, and Merry Christmas

Have you seen a doctor? It looks like scabies I would def. get it checked out right away....do they itch? if so thats probably what it is. Its a skin condition

I'm pretty sure they look like goosebumps..you get them when you are scared or cold, and I saw hair too.. but I don't think thats what you are asking..

idk man you shoudl go to the doctor though find out what it is just in case, what if it gets worse.

the picture isnt very clear though you should try to take a more clear picture maybe a little further away.
