The only way to get sick from drinking beer is to drink too much of it.

Okay, that's not entirely true -- before Louis Pasteur did his pioneering work on beer, some people did not bring their beer to a boil; if the resulting beer didn't have a high enough alcohol content, it could be contaminated by airborne bacteria and spoil. Incidentally, this was a major scientific development which lead to pasteurization and the germ theory of disease.

Needless to say, nobody makes beer that way nowadays. So you're fine. In fact, certain beers are best served at or near room temperature.

I have never gotten sick from drinking beer that was cold and then got to room temp. I think it is more the QUANTITY not the quality of the beer that can make you sick. My reply would be no; you don't get sick from the temprature of beer changing.

No, you can't get sick. There is a good chance that a cheap beer like Bud or Miller will get skunked, but it won't make you sick. Most higher end beers actually aren't as effected by this process as the cheaply made mass produced kinds.

The only way to get sick from beer or wine is to sip it directly from the bottle and then let it sit for a few days. If you leave a bottle half empty for a few days, it will oxidize and taste bad, but wont get you sick.

Beer does not get skunked because it warms up. Skunking occurs when UV light hits the beer. That's why it's called 'light-struck.'

You won't get sick from drinking warm beer but, depending on the beer, you won't want to drink it.
