No, nothing is wrong. If you're stressed or you're on you're period you may lose weight rapidly. You shouldn't worry. It is normal for your weight to flucuate when you're young. Mine does occasionally too - it's in a 5 pound range that goes up or down every so often.
You should only worry if you lose more than 10 pounds in a few days, or even a few weeks. At 13 you should be slowly gaining weight, not losing it.

make sure when u weigh urself that u weigh urself @ the same time of day... 4 ex. if u weigh urself when u 1st wake up ur going to be lighter than at night time because u haven't had 3 meals yet....
so its possible that it was a weighing mistake

sorry, I cant help u. but if u gain it back fast then u can know that it happened to me too cuz i gained lk five pounds in like one day for each pound. its ok cuz i got boobs l8er. im 13 also and im not that tall either.

weight fluxuates all day long and all week long. the only accurate way of weighing your self is to do it the same day once a week as soon as you wake up from bed.

maybe few days ago your were bloated. If you have backed up waste, of course that will add a few extra pounds.
