how is it that people that claim to have the gift of tounges can talk in other languages , never being taulght a single word. and they can go to a country where it is not there own language and speak to people with there language. and never miss a word, or ever being taught one single word.
can you give one explanation for this?
dont you think it is power from a divine source that gives this avaliable, such as the Holy Ghost.?

There are a few Savants that can do what you have mentioned.

"how is it that people that claim to have the gift of tounges can talk in other languages , never being taulght a single word".
Oh, that's easy to explain: it doesn't happen.
Now it's your turn. Explain this: if there really is a god, why do the people who believe in him have to make up so many lies to defend their beliefs? If there really were a god, you people obviously wouldn't have to lie about his existence so much.
====================
"i know more than one person that can go to any country that God sends them and start speaking and hearing there language instantly".
No you don't.
Telling the same lie twice doesn't make it true, kid.
"if there is skeptics i can prove this one."
Neither does telling it three times, and before you try it again, I'll just let you know in advance that no matter how many times you repeat this lie, it'll still be a lie. Don't embarrass yourself further by trying. Just admit that you're lying and be done with it.
===================
"i diddnt say i knew what they were saying but ive watched them speak to other cultures and comunicate as well as there own language,"
Oh, you've seen evangelicals communicate as well in another language as they do in their own language? Now that I can believe, but it's not saying much.

I would really like to see one single tested, proven example of someone who could spontaneously speak a foreign language that they have never been exposed to before.
I'm sorry that I can't accept the people you know personally as an example, because they can't prove that they weren't exposed to the language at some point, or didn't study the language and then lie and say they didn't.
Your last comment about knowing more than one person who can go to any country and spontaneously start speaking the language is making me think that either *you're* lying, or *they're* lying. Who are these people? I'd like to see them in action. I really would. I'll make a deal with you. If they can show me that they can spontaneously speak a foreign language that they've never been exposed to before, then I'll convert. You cough up the people, and I'll provide them with someone who speaks a foreign language for them to talk to. (Of course, I'm not going to let them know the language ahead of time.) If they are successful, then they actually would convert TWO people to their religion. Me, and the person I will provide who speaks the foreign language. Considering that that's the purpose of "tongues", I would think that you and they would really be up for it.
(Whoever is doing the lying, should realize that needing to lie to convince people of your beliefs doesn't bode well for the beliefs.)

I'm guessing you heard of people with the "gift of tongues" from a relative or fellow member of whatever church you belong to.
Truth is, there never has been someone with such a gift. If there was, all they would have to do is walk into a university or research center and participate in a scientifically controlled study and prove they could do it. For example have scientists bring in random foreigners to communicate with this individual. But those with such a gift don't do so. Sure, sure, they don't need to prove anything to the scientific community, they are too good for that, God is too good for such an inconvenience, whatever. It's far more likely that they are full of crap than that they possess such a gift.

If you can tell me why glossolalia is totally different in China than in Texas, yet it is supposed to be a language from God?
Also you need to cite some evidence that they 'never miss a word'
What is this evidence?
You say: "and can show for a certainty"
You can show for a certainty, er, what? Exactly? People saying lolalalalaoglgoglgllla? Or you have an interpreter and a recording of the event, with peer-reviewed evidence that they did 'not miss a word'?
First show me a list of the words.
That should be easy, right? You would of course need a dictionary of the language in order to prove or even identify if words were being 'missed' or not, as you say.
So where is the list?
UPDATE: No evidence? OK.
You wasted everyone's time with more dishonesty. Nice going.

My step-brother believes there's aliens and other worlds out there. He says that some dude appeared on earth around 1991 (I think, some time in the 90s). There was no record of him. He claimed to be from some other world. A beam of some sort of light (etc?) took him to earth. It's how they take vacations. I forget what happened to him. But he disappeared and no one ever saw him again.
Maybe the aliens know all the languages due to viewing our society for so long? Oo I dunno. lol
I would never credit anything to God unless he himself proved it to be him and showed himself. I am atheist and I am disgusted by the bible.
Or like the person said above me.....perhaps there never was a person who could do that...

I reject Pascal's guess considering it fairly is a faux quandary. this is not any longer the two his god or none in any respect. this is all achievable gods (which will perhaps be an limitless set) or any combination of individuals of that set, or none in any respect. It drives the threat for Pascal from .5 to close to 0. I reject the Abrahamic god with the aid of fact no longer something it fairly is stable and holy and righteous and loving can exist with all that blood on his hands, by the very definition imposed by theists themselves. The very acts condemned as sinful in humanity are perpetrated by that god interior the Bible, for this reason that god will become a logical absurdity. And why in the international shouldn't faith comply with reason? do no longer apologists attempt to try this very component while they ply their commerce?

I explain it like this: It's not true.
Anytime you have REAL evidence of a person being instantly fluent in a language he's never been exposed to, in the words of our great leader, BRING IT ON.

Please give an example of a person speaking a known world language that has never heard a single word of that particular language.
Usually people speaking in tongues are supposed to speak some long dead language, really it is just gibberish.
