Sending a Card to Canada with Forever Stamps?

If I wanted to send a card (a very light one, mind you) to a friend in Canada, could I use forever stamps? If so, how many?

probally 2 but then you would probally over paying the postage
and dont belive what the other poster said about you cant
use those stamps internnational (I have used them to send
to Israel and my letter got there

can't do it international mail must bear a printed value. forever stamps don't have a value printed on them
